We know that many of you will have been following the onset of the covid-19 coronavirus with some concern and anxiety. Given the shortage of relevant official guidance, Regard has created two basic leaflets for disabled LGBTQI+ people with a number of suggestions for food stores and hygiene:
Food Shopping for the Coronavirus Crisis is for Disabled and older people who are used to eating out but now can’t, because they need to avoid infection or because their service is closed; for people whose support worker usually cooks but is off sick; and for people who are too ill to cook using basic ingredients as they usually do and have no one to cook for them.

Isolating Yourself from Coronavirus is for Disabled and older people who are especially vulnerable to infection because they have heart disease, are undergoing cancer treatment, have previously had transplant surgery, or have impaired immune systems.
